IMPORTANT PRE-PURCHASE NOTICE.
(1) "SIGN FOR" Please inspect the package before signing for it. If you are not satisfied with the product (such as brand, appearance, damage, etc.), please refuse to sign for it. Once you sign for a package, you agree to the condition of the item. If damage is found after receiving the goods, please provide an unboxing video and a complete damage certificate from the logistics company. If you cannot provide proof of damage, you will not be able to receive compensation.
(2) "Product Usage" Please do not modify or disassemble the product without our permission. We will not provide any warranty or refund once you modify or disassemble it, or if the warranty label is damaged.
(3) "Testing" We have a professional purchasing team. Some products are field tested at the time of purchase, so there may not be an opportunity to individually test and photograph each product in detail. We will take photos of each product to be shipped as evidence. We will test and take photos if necessary or possible.
(4) "Warranty" Our warranty period is generally 6 months. If you have any questions, please contact customer service or send the product back. We will inspect, repair or replace the product. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer must bear the return shipping cost of the product.
(5) "Return without reason" Our store does not accept returns or refunds without reason. There is only one valid reason: there is a problem with the product function, but the customer needs to provide sufficient professional evidence.
(6) "Dispute" We do not accept full refunds for any reason, but we also accept no returns. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. Additionally, returned products should be in the same condition as when we sent them to the customer. If we discover any damage caused by the customer after we receive the goods, it will be the customer's responsibility.
